This service is available free of charge to our existing customers. Simply go to our contact page and enter details of your problem. We cannot guarantee to solve your problem but we may be able to advise you where to look or recommend diagnostic software.

We can attempt to recover your files and if successful, reinstall your operating system.

(You will need to supply us with the original manufacturer's recovery program or a legal copy of Windows XP or Vista)

In all cases, if we can't fix the problem, your computer will be returned in it's original state and you pay nothing

Selling Your Old Computer?

Don't throw away or sell your old computer unless you have destroyed the data in the hard disk which might include saved passwords, banking or credit card details or other valuable information useful to an identity thief!

If you want to sell your computer safely, we can securely wipe all data from your machine and clean install your operating system.
